Meet the Founder

The Survivor, Mother, Author, and Educator Behind the Mission

Dr. Samantha Chandler

Founder • Survivor • Author • Educator • Advocate • Mother

Dr. Samantha Chandler is an internationally recognized survivor-advocate, author, and educator whose work has been nominated for international awards, including acknowledgment from the International Human Rights Arts Movement for its truth, impact, and contribution to global survivor storytelling.

As a mother and survivor of domestic violence, trafficking-aligned abuse, institutional neglect, and systemic retaliation, she turned her lived experience into a mission: to build the safety network she needed but never had.

Her leadership is grounded in truth, documentation, and an unwavering commitment to protecting those failed by the system.

Today, she is the founder of Samarticles and the Safe Survivor Protection Network (SSPN) — two survivor-led platforms designed to bring clarity, dignity, and protection to victims who have been dismissed, ignored, or retraumatized by the very agencies meant to help them.

From Survivor to System Disrupter

Dr. Chandler’s strength was forged through years of:

  • domestic violence
  • systemic gaslighting
  • CPS involvement without support
  • unaddressed trafficking dynamics
  • housing retaliation
  • institutional failures
  • medical neglect
  • court-enabled abuse
  • being punished for telling the truth
  • rebuilding after losing everything
  • fighting for her children’s safety
  • documenting every detail others wanted silenced

Instead of allowing the system to break her, she transformed her resilience into advocacy, education, and survivor protection.

She became the voice she once needed — and the woman thousands now turn to for guidance, clarity, and security.

Dr. Chandler’s expertise exists at the intersection of psychology, trauma studies, advocacy, spiritual grounding, and survivor-led leadership.

Her qualifications include:

  • over 375 hours of internationally recognized doctoral-level psychology training, forming the academic basis of the Samarticles Doctorate Program currently under APA Commission on Accreditation (CoA) review
  • a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology
  • an Associate in Arts degree
  • an Associate in Science degree
  • more than 100 professional certifications, including trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, DV advocacy, documentation practices, human rights, and emotional support
  • specialized training in child safety, documentation, ethics, and survivor-centered systems navigation
  • author of multiple published books and survivor-centered educational resources
  • creator of nationally recognized exam-prep and trauma-education materials
  • founder of SSPN, the first survivor-vetted safety network designed to identify both safe and unsafe agencies

Her educational background combines academic training, professional credentialing, and lived expertise, making her a rare and powerful leader in survivor advocacy.

Educational & Professional Background

Why She Built Samarticles

Samantha built Samarticles for every survivor who:

  • was blamed instead of believed
  • was dismissed by police or CPS
  • was retraumatized by courts or institutions
  • didn’t fit neatly into a system “checkbox”
  • was punished for speaking up
  • was failed by every support structure
  • was told to survive alone
  • was denied resources because they didn’t meet an agency’s “criteria”

She created Samarticles to change the landscape of survivor support —

to build a network that protects survivors, not systems.

Her goal is simple and radical:

To make survivor-centered help accessible, safe, and effective — everywhere.

Faith-Led, Survivor-Centered Leadership

Dr. Chandler leads with:

  • deep spiritual conviction
  • trauma-informed awareness
  • lived expertise
  • responsibility to survivors
  • discernment trained through lived adversity
  • a heart rooted in protection and truth

She openly acknowledges that God carried her through the places others left her to suffer.

Her purpose is no longer survival — it is transformation, protection, and leadership.

Her Promise to Every Survivor

You will be believed, respected, supported, and protected.”

This mission is her life’s work — for her children, for survivors everywhere, and for every life trapped in a system designed to silence them.
